@pineapples7890 here here, his lifting form is shit, and it semi-works for him. He’s big but he aint JACKED. Imagine how much better his body would look if did better lifts.
by the way, might i add…your form is T O T A L shit…pete’s sake. lessen the weight and actually get something out of it.
I like how he does a full body workout on the lat-pull down machine. wow.
I think a good workout partner is the best friend you will ever have
anyone know where i can download or stream this?
hmn well i dont want to judge him but he does the repetitions too fast, hmm i just read his facebook update : “ok, so i tore my hamstring again for like the 6th time. either im gonna hafta start stretching…or im gonna hafta just workout in the “body shaping” section of the gym.”
his lifting form IS shit but to be fair he is fucking massive so who are we to judge?

his lifting form IS shit, but to be fair he is fucking massive so who are we to judge really?
Yeah his lifting form is bullshit but at least he has the right work ethic.
@thebasil1 If supersetting sissy squats with 500 m rows works for them who am i to judge? I have one friend who is quite fond of doing partial reps on various chest exercises and he have big freaking pecs, Yet when he posted a video on youtube, everybody bashed him crazy :S Why do they complain if it obviously works? Dont get it?
worst form ive ever seen
hes so damn vascular!
i train for endurance / strength and the longer life that ill live because of it…and it helps me look lean and sexy
lol.i work out at a golds gym and there are a bunch of body builders that work out there, i have so much respect for them. anyone that has a dream of any kind and does something to see that dream come true gets my respect.
you read wrong
i just can’t stand half reps and cheating…makes me sick specaily smith machine squat!
but in the end…it’s bodybuilding…and at the show the judges don’t give a crap about how you train they look at the goal you reached.
exactly…if it work for him, then that’s all that matters. enough bitching about his form
half reps in everything. but i guess if it works for him is ok
Holy fuck this guy’s form is terrible. Yea different rep speeds have their benefits and i’m by no means an advocate for text book form but he’s hardly getting anything out of those movements with the form he’s using
All rep speeds have their benefits, and with fast reps, the chief bonus is an increase in muscle power. For bodybuilders, power allows quick application of strength in an exercise, which can help in lifting more weight, thereby placing greater overload on the muscle and, therefore, producing greater muscle growth.fast reps have another benefit that is of particular interest to bodybuilders.they increase the amount of calories that are burned during a workout.
specially close to competition time.
i read that leg extensions are not good for your legs. heard its better to do squats
marv you are the worst kind of retard.
ya man on the previous video, did you see how much he dumbbell pressed…shite thats incredile on what steroids could actually do
